Back in 2014, in the streets of Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, a young dreamer, Deepak Chadha, noticed something missing. While Punjabi cuisine was celebrated everywhere, authentic pure vegetarian Punjabi food that truly excited the senses was rare.

What began as a single outlet quickly became a neighborhood favourite. At the heart of this journey was chaap, carefully crafted, richly layered, and transformed into a signature experience.
